Natalie participates in events throughout the year, from her own sponsored events and workshops, charitable fundraisers, fashion events, seminars and keynote speaking engagements.

In 2009, Natalie sponsored and hosted Tweak Your (She)ic Image & Beauty Lounge an exclusive event that offered fashion and image conscious women an afternoon of spectacular pampering, rejuvenating and empowerment while supporting a worthy cause. At the event, women indulged in spa treatments, massages, mini-manicures, fashion styling, personal training demos and more– all in a hip, upscale and inviting ambiance. The Tweak your (She)ic Image & Beauty Lounge's tagline; ‘Empower a woman in need. Empower yourself!’ embodies the spirit of the event.

A significant portion of proceeds from ticket sales will raise funds for Suited for Change, a non-profit dedicated to helping disadvantaged women rehabilitate back into the workforce through programs, clothing and mentoring initiatives. In addition, the heart of the event is about encouraging women to give back to themselves by celebrating their own self care and embracing the beauty and inner '(she)ic' in us all.
