About the President

Natalie Jobity President of Élan Image Management, (aka the Image Diva) is the premier image consultant in the DC metro area who coaches women and men on how to look their best by helping them discover, define and project their own unique signature style and an image that positions them for success. Natalie’s clients range from the executive on the fast track who needs to step it up to the Mom who needs to rediscover her passion for fashion.


Natalie helps her clients:

  • shop for clothing that fit & flatters
  • audit their closets and create new outfits
  • understand their ‘wow’ colors
  • dress for photo shoots, special events or TV appearances

Natalie hails from the Caribbean, lived for a year in England and called New York her home for 9 years. She now resides in the DC metro area. Natalie has been a fashionista ever since she was old enough to read her Mother’s Glamour magazines. As a 6 feet tall woman, Natalie understands first-hand the power of presence and how to work with a challenging size and still create a stunning impression. She is passionate about helping women look and feel fabulous in their own bodies.


Natalie conducts workshops and seminars on a variety of image topics. She is particularly interested in giving presentations/workshops related to ‘Dress for Success’ topics which are relevant to students at Universities or those in career transition. As an individual with a graduate degree and one who has worked in corporate America for 15 years, Natalie is uniquely qualified to give such presentations as an image consultant.


With over 15 years of experience in marketing, most recently working as a VP of research in the financial services sector for a marketing research company, Natalie has often counseled corporate clients on understanding the drivers of their company brand reputation and corporate image and she leverages this experience at Élan Image Management.


Natalie is certified by the prestigious Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She has also received styling and image training from the Image Resource Center of NY, an internationally recognizable training group in the image consulting field. Natalie’s formal education includes a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University, a Masters in Finance from Cambridge University and an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, CUNY.


She participates in fashion related events throughout the year locally, and recently sponsored and hosted her own successful event, Tweak your (she)ic Image & Beauty Lounge at Hotel George to raise awareness and funds for Suited for Change. She has worked backstage at fashion shows locally as a stylist, including, DC fashion week, Fashion Fusion and Steps to the Cure to assist designers and models on their runway presentation. She is a fashion/beauty expert with her own column on DC Examiner, a featured fashion and image expert on the video site, www.monkeysee.com. She has an active blog on her website and writes a monthly newsletter on image, fashion and personal branding topics. She also writes a column for Women’s Online Magazine (WOM) called ‘Creating Lasting Impressions’, and contributes to Southern Maryland Woman magazine, I Am Modern magazine and other ezines. She has been featured in The Washington Times, Washington Woman, DC Scout, Inur Magazine, Northern Virgina Woman and On Tap magazine and has been interviewed for TV by ION media network’s Metro Magazine segment.
